I bought this to attach sewn antlers and ears to (and it worked great for this application I needed). It feels sturdy and is the perfect stretchiness. You can sew or glue it to itself to make a circle headband. You can hot glue accessories like flowers to it fine too. Know it is matte on one side and a little shiny on the other. Both sides seem fine to have facing out.
