Scuba Fabric

Thick and stretchy scuba fabric has a double layer with an air gap between which gives the fabric lots of body and shape, perfect for creating large and puffy fabric hair-bows!

This particular fabric also sheds water easily making it ideal for using in swimming pool hair-bows paired with a plastic barrette or ponytail holder. The double layer of fabric also provides great insulating properties which lends itself perfectly for making beverage coolies.
